Terms of service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of gscaleagency.com
(the "Site") and any services purchased through it, operated by GScale
("we," "us," "our"), based in Ādaži, Latvia. By using the Site or
purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services
GScale provides Meta advertising management and website development
services for HVAC businesses, as described on the Site. Package
details, pricing, and inclusions are listed on the Site and may be
updated from time to time.

2. Booking and Applications
Submitting the application form on the Site does not create a binding
contract. A service agreement begins only once we've confirmed scope
and pricing with you directly and you've made payment.

3. Payment
Fees are billed as described for each package at the time of purchase.
Monthly retainers are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled.
Advertising spend paid directly to Meta or other ad platforms is
separate from our management fees and is not handled or held by
GScale.

4. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy,
available on the Site.

5. No Guarantee of Results
GScale does not guarantee specific outcomes — including lead volume,
return on ad spend, revenue, or website conversion rates. Marketing
and advertising performance depends on factors outside our control,
including platform policies, market conditions, and your business's
own offer and fulfillment.

6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate business information, timely feedback,
and any assets or access (ad accounts, hosting, brand materials, etc.)
reasonably required for us to deliver the service.

7. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables created specifically
for you (e.g., your website, ad creative). GScale retains the right to
reuse general methods, frameworks, and non-client-specific know-how in
work for other clients.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GScale's total liability for
any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid
us for the specific package in question. We are not liable for
indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site
or our services after changes take effect means you accept the revised
Terms.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Latvia, without regard to
conflict-of-law principles.
